How it works

The process starts with you deciding to make a difference. Congratulations, you are in the right place! Do you want to become a better athlete, and a better teammate and invest in a process that will develop leadership and life skills that will last a lifetime, both during and after your athletic career?

We can get started with a free session to see if this is a good fit for you. click here to get on the calendar. Link to Calendy. If this is a good fit for you we will design a series of sessions. We will work together to discover areas you want to develop. We will use a tested process to discover your strengths and you will choose the areas you want to develop.

The price will be determined by the number of sessions you choose. Six sessions is the least recommended to make any real progress.

Prices are $60 per session you can stop at anytime.

In addition private sessions we can provide access to the online training called Recruit Route at a discount. Recruit Route teaches you how the recruiting process works and gives youth latest information  about Name Image and Likeness.
